Polyethylene tunnel with arch walls

About the product

 Construction of the tunnel is a steel tubular, modular. The length of the polyethylene tunnel of the practice is unlimited and depends on the client's needs. The items in the tunnel structure are hot wire, as used for this process is modern and provides zinc-coated of 275 g/m², which guarantee the absence of corrosion and covers the European quality standards UNE 36130 and EN 142-79.

Polyethylene tunnel is provided for the following basic loads:
• wind-120 km/h
• load of plants-25 kg/m²
• load of snow-20 kg/m²

Arch roof-wall arch is with dimensions width-9.3 m and height-3.4 m. Constructed of pipe 60 mm x 1.5 mm. provided for is vertical column (POP) with size 40 mm x 1.5 mm. Attachment becomes with metal brackets and fittings. This ends the roof farm. Exact dimensions can be seen in the following figure.

Both ends of the arches National Park is placed to the ground with concrete. With one cubic concrete may be filled about 25 steps-Drawing 2.

Individual arches are placed over two meters in length and is attached to each other with 5 Rod-2 on the ground one of the crest and two in the middle on the arch. Between the first and the last couples arches covered in 6 anti-wind, as well as additional stiffening rods. A better idea may be obtained from the following figure 3.

Polyethylene tunnel is equipped with 4 forward vented and 2 straight along the entire length of the structure. All vents can be equipped with nets against insects and pests. The leading and side vents are maintained manually. The following photos and charts give an indication.
