Launched in September 2007,the D3 range has been successfully introduced on all our national and international markets.D3 is the latest generation of proportional DOSATRON pumps,and the full range will be complete by the begining of 2010 and will replace and most certainly surpass the DI range in terms of performance.
The Dosatron D3 Green Line is the latest generation of Water Powered Volumetric Proportional Injectors.The Dosatron,installed directly in the water supply line,operates by using the flow of water as the power source.The water activates the Dosatron,which takes up the required percentage of fertilizer directly from the container and injects it into the water distribution line.

Technical details

• Maximum water flow increased to 3 m3/h,without increasing the frequency of the cycles or pressure loss,and while keeping the minimum flow of 10 l/h
• Larger capacity for suction of viscous products (powder in solution or liquids)
• A highly simplified differential hydraulic piston motor (17 parts instead of 52 previously),based on two new DOSATRON patents.It has no metalic parts ,and its refined design is based on a valve tripping system using a thermoplastic blade spring
• Better reliability and longer life because there are fewer moving parts
